Relaxation that begins with presence.
At the Instytut Kota Savabi, we conduct intimate relaxation and wellbeing sessions with cats – for children, adults and companies. Silence, mindfulness and calm presence help restore balance – without pressure, without judgment, at your pace.

Our sessions are non-medical and constitute a form of wellbeing support – they do not replace treatment or psychotherapy.
An institute where peace is a practice – not a promise.
The Instytut Kota Savabi was created from the need to establish a place of silence and peace, where through slowing down and mindful presence one can return to balance – in the company of cats and in a calmly designed environment.
The meetings are not "attractions with cats". These are guided relaxation sessions in which cats remain partners – never tools.
We work based on three pillars:
Relaxation and mindfulness
Mindfulness in practice — calm techniques of relaxation and tension regulation.
Wellbeing
Prevention of stress, tension and overload.
Non-medical developmental support
Activities supporting sensory regulation (non-medical)
Relaxation sessions with cats: silence, rhythm, warmth.
A cat doesn't "take away problems". A cat helps you stop and return to the here and now. Its calm movement, predictability, warmth and gentle presence act as a natural regulator of tension and stress.
During relaxation sessions with cats, we combine their presence with simple mindfulness techniques, breathing and self-regulation – so that body and mind can gently exit the mode of tension and overload.
How a session looks:
- Intimate space (1:1 or small group)
- Gentle introduction and safety rules
- Time in silence with cats (contact or observation – always voluntary)
- Simple mindfulness exercises (no pressure, no "correct execution")
- Brief closure and tips on how to maintain the relaxation effect
For whom:
Relaxation sessions with cats are for people who are overwhelmed, stressed and highly sensitive, who need a calm reset and tension regulation
Wellbeing with cats for adults – prevention, peace, regeneration.
In a world where tension and stress have become everyday, relaxation and wellbeing become a natural need.
Our sessions help with:
- Reduction of tension and "overstimulation"
- Slowing down and improving concentration
- Building emotion regulation habits
- Returning to balance after a difficult period
Formats:
Individual session 1:1
Individual, adapted to your pace (45–90 min)
Intimate session
Small group, silence and calm regeneration
Wellbeing cycles
Series of relaxation sessions (e.g. 4 or 8 weeks)
Non-medical sensory and emotional support – for children and adults.
Note: Sessions have a supportive, non-medical character. They do not constitute medical therapy or psychotherapy and do not replace diagnosis, treatment or rehabilitation. If needed, we collaborate with specialist recommendations.
Children – when to consider supportive activities:
- Hypersensitivity to stimuli (sound, touch, crowds)
- Difficulty with calming down and falling asleep
- Emotional tension, anxiety, withdrawal
- Need to build a safe relationship and self-confidence
- Difficulty with concentration and arousal regulation
How we work with children:
- No pressure on touch and interaction – the child can just observe
- Predictable meeting ritual (sense of security)
- Elements of mindfulness and calm activities with cats
- Learning to recognize body signals: "what I feel, what I need"
- Parent/guardian participation according to facilitator's recommendations
Adults – sensory and regulatory support:
- Stimulus overload, stress, tension
- High sensitivity / neurodiversity
- Difficulty with rest "in the head"
- Need for calm contact and safe routine
Wellbeing for companies – programs that genuinely reduce team tension.
Modern wellbeing is not a cost, but an investment in efficiency, concentration and psychological resilience of employees.

Frequently asked questions
Is this therapy?
Sessions at the Instytut Kota Savabi have the character of non-medical wellbeing support. We do not diagnose and do not conduct treatment. If needed, we encourage consultation with a specialist.
What if I don't want to touch the cat?
That's completely natural. During sessions with cats, contact is always voluntary – mere presence and calm observation also support the relaxation process.
Does the child have to "know how to behave"?
No. Sessions for children are conducted in an atmosphere of gentleness and support. We introduce rules calmly and without pressure. If the child has difficulties with calming down, concentration or emotion regulation – we adjust the meeting format.
Are the cats safe?
Yes. During sessions with cats, we ensure proper animal selection, their wellbeing and clear contact rules. The cat always has space, choice and the ability to withdraw from interaction.
Can I come if I'm in crisis?
You can come for a relaxation and wellbeing session. However, if you feel you need clinical or therapeutic support, it's worth consulting with a specialist in parallel.
If you need a reset – welcome.
We don't promise miracles. We offer a space for relaxation and tension regulation. With cats. In silence. At your pace.
